Adrian Tudor Brate is an Associate Professor and Erasmus+ Coordinator for Psychology at the „Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Romania. He is a member of many scientific organisations and associations (e.g. American Psychological Association, European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology, Association for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of Romania). Moreover he is a psychologist/ consultant in the field of Work & Organisational Psychology, Traffic and Transportation Psychology, Educational Psychology and Services.

Lecture Occupational stress: Diagnosis and intervention

Objectives:

• The lecture aims to present current research on the diagnosis and intervention of stress in organizations.
• Knowledge and competences are applied regarding the paradigms, methods and instruments of diagnosis and intervention of stress, with their various manifestations, in the individual, group (socio-professional) or organization.
• Special emphasis will be placed on identifying efficient strategies for managing stress and stimulating resilience in contextual situations, as well as training and developing skills and resources for stress and resilience management in organizations.
