Information about the processing of personal data

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the "General Regulations"), the Jagiellonian University reports that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Jagiellonian University, 24 Gołębia Street, 31-007 Krakow, represented by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University.
  2. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed by the Jagiellonian University who is based at 24 Gołębia Street, 31-007 Krakow, room Nr 5. The Officer can be contacted via e-mail: iod@uj.edu.pl or by phone – 12 663 12 25.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of documenting the Workshop: Behavioral Dynamics in Social Interactions on the basis of the consent expressed by you.
  4. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but is a condition for assuring proper documentation of the conference and providing reports to the funding institution. Not providing personal data will result in the need of omitting you from application procedure.
  5. Your personal data will be made available at the administrative office of the Institute of Psychology, Jagiellonian University (address below in point 7).
  6. You have the right to: access your data and demand its rectification, as well as the right to delete the data, limit processing of the data, transfer the data, object to processing the data - in cases and under the conditions stipulated in “General Regulations”.
  7. If the processing of data is based on your consent, such consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be sent by e-mail to the following address: labdziecka@uj.edu.pl by traditional mail to the address Institute of Psychology, ul. Ingardena 6, 30-060 Kraków, Poland or withdrawn in person at the same address.
    The withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data will result in removing pictures and films containing your image from the conference footage.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider the processing of your personal data to be in violation of the provisions of the “General Regulations”.
