Marcin Bukowski, a social psychologist, will pursue his research at the University of Toronto.

The awarded project is "The dynamics of personal control: "When does lack of control lead to effort mobilization vs demobilization?".

The aim of the Programme is to support scientists and academic teachers employed at Polish universities and scientific institutions in pursuit of scientific excellence by enabling them to hold a postdoctoral internship, conduct scientific research or acquire materials for scientific work in renowned foreign institutions around the world. The visits allow them to stay in recognized research centres, to implement projects together with eminent foreign scientists and scientific teams and establish long-term relationships.
