Opus and Preludium grants for IPs researchers

National Sciences Centre has announced the results of Preludium, Sonata and Opus calls. Four projects will be carried out at the Institute of Psychology

Dr hab. Marek Binder will lead the Opus project 12 GAMMA RANGE AUDITORY STEADY-STATE EEG RESPONSES: EFFECTS OF PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL BRAIN AROUSAL CHANGES.

There will also be three doctoral projects funded by NCN:

  • "Predictive coding and the role of similarities between mental representations in perceptual rivalry", mgr Marek Pędziwiatr;
  • "Avatar customization in adolescents' computer games and identity and self-esteem", mgr Monika Paleczna;
  • "Dissociating the effects of temporal predictability on differential types of impulse control in children" mgr Agnieszka Adamczyk.
